Test email

I am new to Constant Contact. I sent my first test email this morning, to 3 email addresses. It has not arrived at any of the 3. How do I determine what's not working?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! If you are sending to Gmail addresses, make sure to check the promotions folder for your tests. Also, check the spam folder and make changes to your campaign to avoid that from happening again. If your tests are in neither of those folders, please call our Delivery team for more assistance. Thanks for your help, Zoe.  I have another question - I was just prompted to add multifactor verification to the account before proceeding. I chose to receive a SMS verification code to my phone.  I have added my work partner to the account as a user - will he be offered the same options as I was, and be able to enter his phone number for verification codes?  Or will they come to my phone instead?

Any additional users on an account will be prompted to select their own MFA method upon their first login using their login credentials.
