I have sent 2 test emails and got the message that it succeeded but yet nothing has come into my email or my boss' email and it is not in our spam folders. Something is wrong!

Hello @Marisa_M ,

I was able to get the test email to come through right away for both my work and personal addresses. As you're self-authenticating, it's possible that your network is simply choosing to bounce back / refuse to let the test emails through, or is holding them in quarantine. Generally if a network requires self-authentication, it's not going to accept the unauthenticated test emails without also safelisting our domains. Since test emails lack authentication, and will also be an email claiming to be sent internally but actually sent from a third party source, it can trigger a lot of more secure networks' algorithms.

If you have additional questions regarding this, I'd advise speaking with the Delivery team.

Of course it's working today... My issue was yesterday. My server was not holding them in Quarantine because that was the first thing I checked and there was nothing.

After sending 3 test messages to both myself and my CEO, only the 3rd one came through - and it came approximately 2 hours after it was sent and did not contain any of the edits that I made to the email itself. So it was most definitely an issue on Constant Contact's end. However when the scheduled email itself was sent this morning (and I made no other edits since sending the test messages), it went out fine and included my edits. So there was most definitely an issue on your end yesterday but thankfully it seems OK today.
