I was able to get the test email to come through right away for both my work and personal addresses. As you're self-authenticating, it's possible that your network is simply choosing to bounce back / refuse to let the test emails through, or is holding them in quarantine. Generally if a network requires self-authentication, it's not going to accept the unauthenticated test emails without also safelisting our domains. Since test emails lack authentication, and will also be an email claiming to be sent internally but actually sent from a third party source, it can trigger a lot of more secure networks' algorithms.
