Hi,
I run an ice hockey camp for youth and mental training seminars for athletes.
I created a new year's email introducing our 2021 programs that I wanted to go out today.
I linked several texts to my website. When I went to check it yesterday, none of my links worked. I tried all kinds of things and nothing works. I tried linking another website, and it worked! I think I pinpointed the problem between my website and constant contact. I took screen shot of the error messages below.
Support is closed today, can anyone please help, so I can get this information out tomorrow morning!
Thank you,
Enio
PS my screen shot was not supported so there is no error message, so i cut and paste.

Hello @EnioS6,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! It looks like we are discussing this through a different thread but I will answer here as well just in case. If you are receiving that message when you link your website, but it works when you use a different web address, that means your website may be down. You will want to reach out to your web designer. Thank you!
I emailed you on twitter as well. My website works well that is not the issue. www.coachenio.com, try it!
I really need to get this resolved so thank you!
Hello @EnioS6,
I did respond on Twitter with this message but I will respond here again as well. Unfortunately we won't be able to see what is wrong with the link or have access to fixing that error message that it is showing when pasted into the email. I did take a look at the email and it looks like the error message is on your services and lessons page when linked. What I did to fix this, is I copied your email and put the word "support" in front of it, and I went to a free third party website called tinyurl.com and I shortened the link provided under "Click here for more information" at the very bottom of your email. If you preview the email and click on that it should work now. You will want to do the same thing with the rest of the links that are not working and it will definitely fix them. I can't see why your regular links aren't working though, your web designer may be able to see that.
