I uploaded a newer Logo but when I tried to find it to use it wasn't there. It said it uploaded it successfully. Any idea what went wrong? Anita Brooks

I did all the things the community suggested I do but it did the exact same thing. After I uploaded the new logo again, it was still not in my library. Anita

Hello @AnitaB534 ,

 

It looks like your logo file is a .docx, not an actual picture. Please upload your logo as a JPG or PNG file if you want to use it in your email.
