I'm so sorry to hear this is happening! I have taken a peek at your account and can see your most recent campaign was created in this new custom code editor. Though some email clients don't fully support background images, this editor does allow background images - as long as the code is correct. However, we have no way of confirming if the code is correct, because our Support agents do not design code for our customers or review them. With that said, you do always have the option of going back to our older custom code editor. This can be done by copying a previous email that was created in the older platform.
