I can't seem to find if any of my previous data is still on your servers. I would be happy to start up my account again, but not if you have deleted the data. I can't seem to find a way to contact customer support, so this is the way I am asking.

Hello @raymondz94 ,

 

It looks like your account is still available. To unlock your cancelled account's info, you'll need to reapply payment info and agree to the subscription. This can be done through the My Account or Plans & Pricing page, when you click the name in the top-right corner. Please be aware only the account owner's login can access and manage account billing info.
