email verification

I have tried 3 times to add a new email to verification list and I cannot! I get an email to verify with the OLD email on it and I just want to add a new one.

Hello @DarbyP9 ,

 

I'm seeing three addresses currently verified for your account, and all are available as options for your From, Reply-To, main account, and Billing addresses. Are you not seeing a new one you've tried to add? What process have you gone through to verify the address?
