I was able to test send several of your most recent emails, and all of them went through to me right away. Deliverability can have a lot of variables, from elements on our side, on your side, on the recipient's side, and in their email system company's side. You may want to check your self-authentication for your emails, if you're having trouble with deliverability despite having that already setup.
You may also need to check in your network security / work with your IT on some of the following safelisting practices:
Safelisting Constant Contact domains in a security system
Safelisting email addresses in an email client or security system
Beyond those aspects, I'd also advise going through what the Deliverability agent sent in their follow-up email.
