Search function seems to lag or not work at all. I have to manually go find earlier campaigns because I copy the previous week's email and edit for the current week.

Hello @LynS5 ,

 

I was able to go into your account and search for campaigns without issue. If you aren't already, try condensing your search parameters to either Campaign Name, Subject Line, or Email Content. Doing an All search will take additional time for the system to search through all of your campaigns for the wording used. The more campaigns you have and the wider your criteria, the longer it will take to pull up results.

 

Beyond that, it may also be a connectivity issue on your end, possibly caused by a browser extension or VPN / security software interfering with the site. In that regard, I'd recommend taking a look at this article on connectivity troubleshooting, to see if that can aid your search speed when looking up your campaign for copying.
