Why does feedback go to a customer forum. Does any one at Constant Contact look at Feedback?. Will I ever get a response from Constant Contact?

These feedback boards are designed so other users can easily weigh in as well. The more requests and votes a feedback thread receives the higher of a priority it can be given by our Product Team.
