Our Support is currently available Monday-Saturday at these hours and numbers. After taking a look at your account I can see you were able to get in touch with our Billing Support to update the card on file.
In line with our Idea Guidelines, we will be closing this idea for further commenting. We monitor our staffing levels and the number of inbound calls to help decide what options are available for customers and any adjustments that can be made to them.
