new survey tool (another suggested feature)

unlike the old Legacy survey, new tool only has a 'shut-off' date. Having a 'CLOSE NOW' button would be a great added feature. My Dad always told me you shouldn't have to re-invent the wheel, but everything the old Legacy survey had was there for very good reasons.
