A confirmed and paid registrant completely disappeared
One of the registrants for my event completely disappeared. They received a confirmation email from eventspot and I received a notification email from eventspot, as well. They received a payment confirmation email from ProPay and I received one, as well. I just noticed that her record is completely gone from my event registration list. Can you help? Thanks!
