Account Temporarily deactivated

 

I am experiencing this problem. I only signed up for the service today and as I got home to sit and really use it, I was also told that my account was temporarily deactivated. Please reactive as soon as possible thank you.

That being said if you to call into our Account Review Team they will be able to let you know what has happened and can assist you in reactivating your account.
