1. Using the arrows to go between pages 1 & 2 of campaigns does not work. 2. When attempting to ad a contact to additional groups, only groups starting with a number are displayed (omitting those beginning with letter). Thank you.
Hi @KevinS881. I'm sorry for the troubles you are experiencing. I was not able to replicate the issue you had with not being able to navigate through your campaigns using the arrows. Sometimes we see this happen as the result of a connectivity issue. Did you try closing your browser window and reopening it? Also, what browser was this happening in?
How were you trying to add a contact to a list? Were you working in their contact profile or were you selecting the contact and adding them to a list? If you could provide us with a screenshot of where you were in the account when you were trying to add a contact to a list, that would greatly help us with troubleshooting.
