Regarding the issue being DPI:
I dont believe it to be the issue.
The header graphics I have are hosted on our domain that I have tried:
600x272 at a 300 resolution
600 width at 72 resolution (237 K
and 800 width at 72 DPI (328 K all within the numbers of the FAQ you sent me and am still having the same issue with the header.
I'm still pretty sure there’s some Outlook 2013 compatibility issue. I've made and used headers over the past 5 years on constant contact and never had this issue.
Could you expand on what your specialist recommended to fix this?
Is there any way I can speak with the specialist directly to figure out if there is a fix?
Our newsletter is set to go out Friday and I’m coming down to the wire.

OK- I’m sorry. You were not clear on your post abbove saying the specialist said it was a DPI Issue and the FAQ was about the DPI of images.
You were speaking of my personal computers “display” setting, is NOT the DPI of the header image used in our newsletter.
While changing the display on my screen worked- this is not a solution as far as were are concerned.
We have no control of how our over 2000 subscribers set their screen resolutions, and it makes no sense how the header image is the only image that is affected by personal display settings on their computers.
Thank you for looking into it but unfortunately I don’t feel this solves the issue.
Hopefully I'm posting in the right place...
We are still having issues (similar to those above) with our eNews images showing up smaller than 100% width. All of the full width items appear smaller – most noticeably, the logo, header and the social media bar.
I have tried the fixes suggested in this post, with no luck. Has there been any developments from your Engineers on a solution for this?

Yes - customer service was very helpful, and they will likely contact you as well.
For us, it was the display setting of the monitor...if your display is set to anything but 100%, it will shift the images.
Everything else still seems to line up ok.
