We have had Constant Contact create a mobile template for our company's newsletter, however when they did this it eliminated the HTML code behind the template. The issue with this is I want to place an image within the template that has multiple links within the image. Is there any way to use HTML code for a mobile template? Or place images within such a template that have been sliced in Photoshop and have multiple links within the image?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I can understand how useful it can be to have the HTML access, allowing you to create multiple links for one image. At this time our Third-Generation editor does not have access to the HTML of the email. Although our Third-Generation editor does not grant you HTML access, because there are many factors involved in adding multiple links to one image (Receiving Device), our system does not support those images. In regards to your image, you will need to break it up into separate images and link each individual image. I will pass along your feedback to the correct department for review, as we are always looking for ways to better your experience.
