Hi @verite-amherst what benchmarks are you looking for in your campaign reportings that are not currently available?

Hi  @frankie_P, I'm not looking for new information, but it appears that the benchmarks currently posted (https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/knowledgebase/5409-average-industry-rates?lang=en...) are not based on the new way you're calculating CTRs. Shouldn't these be updated so they sync up with the calculation used for reporting?

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We don't have an update to share at this time and can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
