Building Contact Lists / Auto Log-Off

Constant Contact automatically logs you off in 15 minutes. My customer base is quite fluid, adds hour by hour throughout the day. Inputing10 contacts to a page, I start with 1 or 2, take a phone call, add another contact, open other windows on my Mac, do a quote, come across another contact, add it, research another website, find 4 more contacts, go back to the Constant Contact grid to continue the list of adds, BUT NOW I'M LOOGED OFF AND THE 8 NEW CONTACTS ARE LOST. I leave this Add Multiple Contacts page open all day, and CONSTANTLY GET LOOGED OFF, LOSING ALL MY NEW CONTACT WORK. Very frustrating and causing additional work typing them back in, destroying precious time.

Hi @SteveC1401. Were you seeing any messaging prior to being logged out? If so, what is this messaging? This can help us narrow down what may be happening.
