Can you elaborate on which account function you're wanting to search for this metric? Are you wanting additional sorting options for the Contacts page (feature request)? Are you wanting additional reporting info specific to engagement levels? Are you needing guidance on how engagement segmentation works? Or are you mainly just looking to sort emails on the Reporting page by their Opens rate (exiting function)?

I can't speak for the OP, but I want to export a list and be able to sort it by engagement rate.

(Can't edit previous comment). At a minimum when exporting a list, I'd like to be able to include columns for open rate and click rate so I can easily calculate my own "engagement rate for any given list or segment of a list" This would be basic business intelligence to inform marketing and promotion efforts by demographic or geography or any other attribute we can track.
