I want to be able to search by Engagement based on how many times was the email opened or create a report.

Can you elaborate on which account function you're wanting to search for this metric? Are you wanting additional sorting options for the Contacts page (feature request)? Are you wanting additional reporting info specific to engagement levels? Are you needing guidance on how engagement segmentation works? Or are you mainly just looking to sort emails on the Reporting page by their Opens rate (exiting function)?
