New contacts format

I can no longer search by a person's name. The lists are useless without that ability

Hi @BettyC38. I see you are under our redesigned Contacts experience. You will need to be under the Contacts subtab in order to search for a contact. This is outlined in our Knowledge Base article. Using these steps, were you able to search successfully for your contact?
