Problem with speaking to representative

I have been trying to speak to a representative from ConstantContact for two days now. I have held for up to 30 minutes. Today finally seemed to be connected but then call disconnected.. You need to be able to speak with someone when needed. It seems almost impossible to speak with a representative. Very frustrated on my end.

We're sorry to hear you were unable to connect with our support as easily as you should. We can however see you were able to speak with our support after all. Because of this we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback!
