floating menu on design page

When I am at the top of my copy block, I can easily see the floating menu that has fonts, sizes, indentation, hyperlink icons, etc. But when I work deeper into the copy block, that floating menu stays at the top so that I have to scroll up to access the menu. Please make that floating menu float down deep into the copy block so that I don't have to scroll up to find it. Thank you.

Hey @RobertW47, I apologize that this is occurring to your campaign while you're editing. I unfortunately couldn't replicate this issue so I wanted to see if you could post a screenshot of the issue that you are seeing. I also wanted to see what browser and version you are using.
