It would be great to be able to access contact details from a segment I've created. Segments help me break down lists. The contact list has the ellipses for accessing the contact details when you look at it. If that same ellipses was offered on the segment contacts, I could much more easily review my contacts and get rid of bs emails. As it currently is, I have to look at the segment list, move back to contacts, search that contact, then edit them, then move back to segment list to see which is my next one to work on.  ... The segments feature is great. For our particular business type (Wholesale Jewelry Findings), it would be very helpful to be able to list the Company Name of each contact in the results page. It would be SO helpful to be able to create categories to organize lists (like how SharpSpring has their platform set up - used at an old workplace). I have so many old lists that I no longer use but I don't want to delete. It would be awesome to throw these in an "Archive" bucket.  ... View more

Hi this is a small improvement suggestion - something fairly small but happens many times to me and many people I imagine! I receive an e-mail from someone saying their e-mail address has changed, can I update my records. So I have to go to CC 'contacts', and enter the person's e-mail address, and search for it. But CC only finds a contact if it is entered precisely. When a contact is copied directly from Outlook, it is in a format like Anwarudin <anwarudin@mogsc.org.my> As soon as I paste it into your box, your system starts looking for it, and can't find it, because the address in your system is anwarudin@mogsc.org.my I delete the Anwarudin < and then the system starts searching again but still can't find it because of the > at the end. The workaround is to paste the e-mail into notepad, manually remove everything apart from the e-mail address and search, but that is a hassle. Returning to the original contact page when accessing a client open in reports. For the past three months I have been asking for a return to the original contact page when clicking on an open in reports within a sent newsletter.   When clicking on a contact in reports of someone who opened the newsletter or followed a link, a window opens with all the information EXCEPT the notes. I have to leave reports and go into the contact tab which is an unnecessary, time consuming step that was not required previously. The notes are very important to me as I keep of record of what was purchased, when, and any other pertinent information when adding a contact.   The new window is not a time saver at all and extremely annoying. Why is that CC is developing all kinds of great features but can't resolve this simple request? Why can't notes be included in the new window? I have accessed "chat" three times now...the representative says they will pass on my request to a developer and then I don't hear another thing about it.   Sorry for the rant but the reports have been made more difficult to access information. I wanted to delete all our contacts who have not opened our emails in the last two years.  I created a segmented list from all of our varied email lists.  There is no simple way to just delete them. I had to chat with support who had to walk me through a very convoluted process.  There is nothing in the knowledge base for this. You have to first create a new list with all those contacts that you want to delete. (Not at all intuitive.) Then you have to go to your email list and click on manage lists and chose all the other lists except that one. Then you can delete the contacts from those lists, and then you have to delete the new list and all the contacts in it. I suggest that the developers work out a method for choosing all the contacts on the segmented list and create a way to delete them from all the lists they came from in one step. ... View more

I was going to start my own thread but maybe my idea/complaint/thoughts belong in this thread. Why why why can a person not easily unsubscribe from one of my lists, but stay subscribed to others?   My organization has many lists, some are for public purposes, others are not. As it stands now, if I want any one person to be able to unsubscribe from one list, that list has to be visible by all people who might use our "Update Your Profile" screen. But if John Smith from Finance wants to unsubscribe from a list that is not publicized, the only way for him to do it is to unsubscribe to all my lists, and then I can't add him to any new lists.   It seems it would be very simple for there to be an "Unsubscribe Options" or "My Subscriptions" link on the unsubscribe link that says, "Here are the lists you are subscribed to. Uncheck the ones you no longer wish to receive", and voila, easy as pie. But with your current system it's not possible as far as I can tell. They can only manage their subscriptions to whatever lists I have decided to add to the Update Your Profile screen, which is the same for everyone. ... View more

when we upload contacts from orders - sometimes the people are already on there from old orders years ago. We upload new orders with a note of the date (month) uploaded. So, if they are already on there from say, 2018.... then our new upload with a note of "March 2020" will make it look like she is a new customer. (And we cannot check each new order to see if they are already on the database.) Therefore - can there be a way to upload with an option "if contact exists - do not add." Thank you. ... View more

I have an account in the old format and one in the new format. The new format is horrible when it comes to Contact functionality. I now have to export lists and remove contacts from other lists manually when, in the old format I could just choose a contact list and then choose to remove everyone in that list from any other list I chose. Why would they remove this function??? I see nothing in the new format that is better.  Would prefer to have the option to stay with the old format. ... View more

Please pin the action items (Manage Lists, Export, More Actions) to the top to prevent having to constantly scroll up once selections are made. The way it is currently handled is very time consuming. ... View more
