Hello, I've mentioned this to your tech support people more than once, and I'm guessing my writing about it here will receive the same response, which is to say nada, niente, none.  I find your website extremely difficult to navigate in creating my mailings, and increasingly so with the frequent addition of "improvements." To me it's not intuitive and its functions frequently don't function. On occasion they've caused a work in progress to crash and be entirely lost. Very frustrating. Have you heard this from anyone else? I am not the most tech-savvy person in the world, that's certain, and a Luddite either. I hope you won't respond by suggesting that your AI or other team there design my mailings. It's something I care to do myself. Hello, We love the look and feel of the updated CC Events platform. What we liked from the old platform was the ability to periodically eyeball event registrants by name on screen without having to download a registration report. It allowed us to easily note when VIPs had registered, among other things. Now, with only the email included, if the email address is unfamiliar we have to run frequent registration reports to get names of attendees. Just letting  you know I switched away from the "new experience" because the dashboard isn't useful. It can't be customized to show the stats that are most important to me. For example, I don't want to see "total contacts" - I only care about "subscribed contacts".  If there is a way to make changes like that or customize the new dashboard view that I'm missing, let me know. Hello, Please add a way to track the # of contacts over time for certain lists (and the whole list). I am benchmarked on the growth of one particular list, and I want to be able to pull contact reports say of contact growth (or not growth) over a calendar year, or two quarters last year, or a fiscal year, or two fiscal years, or custom dates. I know I am not alone in this -- plenty of marketers have these benchmarks we are trying to meet, especially now that a lot of orgs/businesses are realizing that they own their email list and that's where the gold is. It would be really helpful if you had the ability to add check boxes to Sign Up forms.  When a user registers to be on our email distribution list I would like them to select a couple of topics they are interested in by selecting check boxes.  This will ensure better targeting of our communications by either noting their areas of interest in a field or adding them to relevant distribution lists.
