My organization has changed it's physical address. This is recorded in the Account Setting. However, the old address appears in the compliance box footer in our email message. How do I edit the physical address appearing in the Compliance Box located in the footer of the email message?

If you continue copying an email that has a different physical address set in the footer, then the copies will have that old address. You need to make the edits, then copy from that more recent email, or (if applicable) update the footer in your reusable template and save that new version so future copies / creations have the correct address.
