Constant Contact lets you schedule posts, making it easy to regularly update your social media pages — keeping your followers engaged and keeping your company top of mind — without pulling too heavily on your team and company resources. The more you use social media, the more your audience and engagement will grow!
 
What are some ways to manage social media posts and keep social pages fresh with new content?

Constant Contact's Social Media dashboard is amazing for a number of reasons - first it has an AI content generator built right in which gives you three suggested social captions to choose from as a starting point. If you don't like any of them you can click to create 3 more. You can save these as drafts and post or schedule them for later. I also love that the social poster lets you customize the post(s) for each channel - Linkedin displays differently than X which displays differently than Facebook or Instagram, etc...

Lastly, it may not be an actual automation, but it sure is a time saver, and a headspace helper: the Social Media INBOX feature is incredible because it let's you monitor and engage/respond to all your posts from one place. So if you want solutions that are easy and save you steps, the social media monitoring feature is fantastic.

Creating a content calendar to plan your posts ahead of time will help a ton. This will help ensure you have different types of content each month as well as fresh new content for your audience.

 

You may focus on different content projects for each month along with popular repeating initiatives. You also want to have Different Content Types: mix up your content with different types, including news, videos, blog posts, infographics, polls, surveys, user-generated content, quotes, or tips.

 

You may also want to try thematic days (e.g., Motivational Monday, Throwback Thursday) to provide consistency and encourage engagement.
