We use CC to send our employee HR newsletter to about 30,000 people every week. I just discovered that about 500 email addresses are suspended! Mind you, we use the latest data each and every week, so all or almost all of the emails should be valid.
I found instructions for unsuspending email accounts (https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/email-digital-marketing/articles/KnowledgeBase/35849-Unsus...) but the instructions are off and I'm wondering if it's because I just said "yes" to the new CC hub design.
Specifically, in Step 4 it says to "Click the three dots next to the email address you want to unsuspend and choose Edit" -- but there are no "three dots" to click on in my current view.
Could someone help me figure out how to unsuspend emails? Or how to revert to the old CC design? I need to remedy this situation!

Hello @user0376251 ,
The images provided in the article are for the newer account UI, and matches with what displays in your account for the new UI. If you're not seeing 3 dots next to each bounced contact, then it's possible you're not looking in the correct area of your reporting, or you're zoomed in enough that you need to scroll to the side to see everything on the page.
Considering the sheer number of bounced contacts you believe to be validated, I'd advise calling our delivery team so they can do a larger unsuspend. Additionally, they'll want to look into why so many allegedly valid contacts had previously
