I have an integration between Shopify and Constant Contact. Although it says it's checking daily, the syncs are not adding any of the new customer emails in the past few weeks to the various automatic segmented lists. Is there a way to check what the issue may be? There are none in recent sales, and I'm not sure where/ how it's putting contacts into the potential sales. Any guidance?
