I'm trying to transfer the account manager to the account owner. However, we no longer have access to the original account owner's email, as she is no longer working for us, so I can't change the email without getting the infamous "We've sent you an authentication code to your email."
Is there any way around this? I'm trying to avoid having to create an entirely new Constant Contact page.
Hello @FirstNameL162649 ,
If you're unable to access the original owner's email inbox, then you'd need to call our general support. They can confirm security permissions live with you to satisfy either an administrative MFA reset, or submit a full account ownership transfer case if necessary.
We’re here to help you grow. With how-to tutorials, courses, getting-started guides, videos and step-by-step instructions to start and succeed with Constant Contact.
