Just got results back from an email we sent out. How can you get a 101.2% open rate? And then a -1 did not open? Anyone else having a reporting issue? Thanks for any help.

Hello @GenevieveC ,

At this time our engineers are still collecting info and investigating this rare, recent issue. If and when there's an update regarding it, they'll notify you directly. In the meantime, there's not much of a workaround as it seems to be a combined UI and reporting issue for that particular campaign.

I am looking at a contact in our system that has a 141% open rate. How is this possible? What does it mean?
