Another thing to keep in mind is that our system also retains a basic cache of Library files for up to 24 hours after deletion (fully, permanently deleted from Library, not just put in Trash). So during this time, the deleted images may still display and be available while editing a copied email. You could even send a copied email that uses an image that's been permanently deleted, and have that image come through. However since the image doesn't exist in the Library anymore, it wouldn't be available for selection or image-editing.   In the event that after perma-deleting an image from your Library, and waiting up to 24 hours after doing so, you're still seeing the image in email previews or while editing a copied email, please call our general support so they can perform further, live troubleshooting. ... Hello @EdwardP102 ,   There are a few methods to accomplish what you are looking to do. You can add contacts on an individual basis into existing lists. If you're looking to add contacts to a list en masse, you can import a file of contacts (even if they're already in your account), and then simply add them to the appropriate list during the import process.   You can also use the paste-multiple method of uploading. This may be quicker than the file method, since reimporting a contact email will maintain all the info already associated with it in the reimport. Have your contact list open in one tab / window, have the add multiple import page open in another, then copy-paste email addresses as needed for whatever list you're trying to import to. ... Hello @sportintern ,   Opens are tracked through a 1x1 pixel transparent image automatically included in all emails. If they're using an email program that blocks images unless explicitly allowed to show may be resulting in them opening the emails, but that opening not actually being reflected in the reporting. Hello @MikeG531 ,   By default, your landing page will automatically retire after six months. This won't remove the landing page from any web pages, emails, or social media posts that you shared the URL in, but if anyone tries to click the link, they won't be able to access the landing page content.   If you want your landing page for a longer period of time, you can wait a little while after the page is published and edit the page to select a new date further in the future. You can do this as many times as you want over time. If you forget to update the expiration date and the page expires, you can also copy it to generate a new unique URL for the copy, make whatever edits you need to, and post it where needed. ...
