Hi @AUCOM , Great question! While you can filter the overall reporting by month, we do not currently have the ability to segment that specifically by automation, I do apologize. You would need to filter by month, and then manually export only the automation campaigns to see the results.

It should be fairly simple to do, but we will need you to call our billing team at 855-229-5506. Hi @EMJC , That looks like an automated response that was sent out confirming their registration when they signed up via the form inside of your email campaign - the email you sent out through Constant Contact uses a third-party form. My guess would be that they are mistyping their email address into that form, hence the undeliverable notification, but I would advise reaching out to that third-party to confirm. Their email in Constant Contact is accurate, otherwise they wouldn't be able to fill out that form at all. You can also feel free to check the engagement history for that specific contact to confirm that they are being received/opened.

Hi @caforsgren04 , I do apologize that you are having trouble editing an active automation. You should be able to edit an active series by following these steps. However, if the trigger is disabled, regardless of the series still being active or not, you will not be able to edit the email campaigns within the series. You will need to copy the entire series, edit the email campaigns, and then activate the new series.

Otherwise, I would recommend giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for some live, 1:1 support with adding a segment to a list in order to delete them.

Hi @FLCGville , I can certainly go ahead and add your name to this feature request so that you are privy to any updates, though adding multiple pages will not eliminate users from having to scroll up and down to read the email. It would simply add the pages one after the other, and they'd still have to scroll up and down to read all the content; same as the current experience.

Hi @BEAC38 , Great question! With the survey/poll feature, recipients can currently respond multiple times with the same email address. We do have an open feature request, however, to limit responses to a single response per address. I can definitely tag that on your account and have our engineering team follow back up with any updates. For now, as long as you are sending the invitation email for the survey/poll out directly through Constant Contact, it should tell you who took the survey. If they have taken the survey multiple times, I would just go ahead and manually delete all their secondary responses from the spreadsheet of results.

Hi @HarrietK69 , You should be able to pull contacts with all of that different criteria using our segmentation tool. Deleting the segment can be confusing - because after that segment is created, we need to first add those segmented contacts to a list, and then delete the contacts. That will ensure they are removed from the account. Make sure that you export those contacts into an excel sheet before deleting them, though, as we don't have a way to recover them once they're deleted.

Hi @Stimothy , I do apologize, but skip logic is not currently available in the survey product. We do have a feature request open for this, however, and I would be more than happy to have our engineering team follow back up with you with any updates we have on it. In the meantime, your best bet would be to create two different surveys, in both languages, and send out links to both surveys, giving the option for people to click on the one in their own language. If you did only want to do one survey, you can translate each question into both languages. The Submit Survey button text can be changed by clicking on it, and adding/removing text.

For now, we have a few workarounds you can certainly try: 1: - Visit video on Vimeo - Copy Link from the Share option by clicking the paper plane icon - Insert the newly copied share link into a video block Note: Some users have had luck copying the URL in the Embed Code section of the share popup rather than the direct video share URL. 2: Create an image of video and insert it as a clickable image to link to the video 3: In some cases, it has been stated that removal of the "s" from "https" in the video URL can resolve the issue 4: Try setting the video thumbnail in Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/blog/post/turn-any-video-frame-into-a-thumbnail 5: In some cases, it has been stated that if you delete the video block and then add it back in with the same URL it will resolve the issue Please let us know if any of those workarounds work out for you. Hi @MichaelY719 , Great question! At this time, the automation feature does not allow new emails to be tacked onto it once it is already an active series. We do have an open feature request for that, however, so I will go ahead and track it on your account. Our engineering team will follow up with you with any updates we have on that. For now, the best thing to do would be to create a second series, and add the emails into that new series. You can activate that series once the contacts have gone through the first series, so they will begin receiving the second series.

I checked with our technical department, and they did confirm that removing the contact from the list that the automation is set to go to will stop that contact from receiving future emails associated with that automation. We do have an open feature request to be able to manually remove certain contacts from the automation queue, so I will certainly have our engineering team reach back out to you with any updates we have on that as well.

Hi @AmberP0314 , Unfortunately, our editor does not currently support embedded forms, as most email clients do not support that type of code, so it wouldn't work or load for most recipients. The best option at this time would be to create a lead generation landing page or a survey, and link it using a button within the email campaign. They wouldn't need to download anything, but they would be taken to another page to fill out that form.

Hi @FSBHTiger , Are you referring to PayPal's transaction fees, or Constant Contact's transaction fees? There are transaction fees associated with events from both Constant Contact's end and PayPal's end. However, Constant Contact did not implement transaction fees until November 2021, so if the fees you are referring to are prior to November 2021, they would have likely came from PayPal's end. I understand that you have been pointed in a few different directions, but any transaction fees that PayPal charges would have to be handled by them, as they would not be associated with Constant Contact. Hi @AmyL497 , I checked with our technical department, and they did let me know that Constant Contact will send the survey itself out to the full 13k (or however many contacts are on the list you choose to send the email to), but SurveyMonkey will likely cap the responses at 1,000, if that is all that your plan with them allows. I would recommend reaching out to SurveyMonkey to confirm this, as we cannot really confirm how they choose to limit/calculate the responses, only what we can send out on our end.

All of our templates are standard 600px wide, and mobile responsive, designed to fit to all screen types, so we would want to investigate this further. I did send myself a test of your email campaigns to a couple different email clients/devices, and I was unable to replicate the stretching issue you are referencing. I would advise giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for live, 1:1 assistance. If you can, please make sure to have a screenshot of the issue, as well as the email client and device that this issue is experienced on so that they can troubleshoot with you.

Hi @HustonE1 , Unfortunately, once an email has been sent externally and is in the "Sent" status, there is no way to bring it back or to recall it from people's inboxes. If this technology does become available in the system in the future, I will definitely have our engineering team reach back out to you. For now, you would want to copy the email, make any changes or revisions to it that you need to make, and schedule it again.

I would advise reaching out to your web admin directly. They should be able to advise you on who provides that form, and how you can get it to reappear.

If you believe the DonorPerfect integration might be disabled, I would advise clicking on your Integrations tab at the top of your Constant Contact screen, searching for DonorPerfect, and attempting to reconnect that integration. For questions beyond that, the integration is actually created by DonorPerfect, so if you needed assistance with that integration, I would recommend reaching out to them directly at 215.628.4343.

In order to pull contacts with more specific criteria, such as a data range, I'd advise using our segmentation tool. Hi @AdamW8968 , Great question! After clarifying with my technical team, the "tags" are not included in the two way sync between Constant Contact and Shopify, so any tags would need to be added manually to both ends. We do have an open feature request regarding importing tags via the Shopify integration, however, so I will go ahead and pass that along to our engineering team. They will reach back out to you if that is a feature offered via the integration going forward.
