I'm sorry if our new bounce report isn't fitting your needs and I can certainly see how being able to download an engagement report would be useful to see what contacts are opening and clicking your emails. Would you be interested in having some kind of "Top Contacts" reporting or a report that can be exported listing your contacts overall open and click rate, for instance?    When it comes to the loading of the contacts from the bounce report, I first want to make sure this isn't a connectivity issue as the data in the pop-up loads within a few seconds for me. Hi @Albany. I apologize for the delay in my reply.    #1 - For Contact Activity in segments, there is a limit of 25 emails that will show in the dropdown when selecting a specific email. I've noted your feedback and sent it to our product team as I can see this being an issue if users send frequently.    #2 - I brought up your account and saw 50 custom fields displaying, not the 20 or 40 you mentioned which might be a browser issue such as screen size or zoom setting. Additionally, the custom field dropdown in segments is limited to 50 custom fields. Since you have more than 50, not all of them will display and the segmenting will need to be manually done outside of Constant Contact as you noted in #3. Expanding the limit of custom fields is a request that we have heard as well. ... View more

You are correct: we do not have separate bounce types for temporary and permanently suspended bounces and I can see how this would be useful to determine which contacts you may think about removing.   It's possible the code we received back was translated as non-existent in our system but I'm not able to confirm that without seeing the email address. I did want to point out a new feature in our reporting that allows you to do a one-time unsuspend on a suspended contact so you can try to send to this address again. However, if they do bounce again, you may need to speak with our Deliverability team so they can see what causes the address to bounce. ... View more

This new layout provides an overview of your recent campaigns (and they should show in chronological order) but if you click View All, you'll be brought to your Campaigns tab where you can view the dates.
