Hello @DeidreAnderson ,   If the names weren't uploaded to your account's contact dashboard, then you won't be able to search for them since that information wouldn't exist in the account to be searchable. If you have a separate database or a file with the names associated with the email addresses (contacts), then you can upload that to your dashboard, and it'll update those existing contacts' name fields. Make sure if you're doing this that the first and last names are in separately marked columns.   Beyond that, there's nothing else that can really be done. Generally speaking contacts need to provide you the information you need associated with their email address, it's not something that can (or should as a privacy concern) be found just by searching on the internet. If your contacts sign up through a form, I'd advise making sure you add a field to collect their first and last names, and make it required for submission if you're needing it for your communications. That way when they sign up, they can include that info.   Another possible option is to just make a simple landing page sign-up form through us, word it like it's a confirm / reconfirm information form, then include the form in an email sent out to your contacts. You could make the subject line of the email something like "Please Reconfirm Your Communication Preference" or "Please Confirm Your Contact Info."   See also: Formatting contact files for import ... Hello @SUNYESF ,   You can unsuspend a suspended bounced contact once through an email's bounce report. Otherwise you can reply to the automated @ mention email you receive from this response, with the contact's email address, and we'll try to unsuspend them administratively.    Once unsuspended, as a follow-up I'd recommend doing a Quicksend of the last email they were supposed to receive. If we receive a report from their domain / ISP about them being 'non-existent' again, then they'll likely be put back into suspension. You can check this by going to the contact's engagement history right after doing the Quicksend.   If the non-existent / suspended bounce occurs again for the viable contact, then it may be worth reaching out to our Delivery team to see if they have any additional insight regarding that domain / ISP.  ... Hello @LauraM877 ,   This is the standard since we don't recommend doing image-only emails. Since PDFs can't be embedded into emails, when you upload a PDF or use the PDF-to-email creation, the system only generates an image of the first page, to use as a cover image / enticement to click and view the rest of the document. If you're absolutely wanting all three pages to use, you'll need to use an outside program or site to convert the other pages to images, then upload those to your Library for use in your email. Please be aware that a basic functionality of images across the internet is that they don't host multiple links, only one, so if you have multiple, clickable elements in your PDF, having all those pages as images will render them inert unless your contacts click to view the actual PDF. ... Unfortunately this is something that has to be done by Gmail users, and can't be affected by ESPs like us.   Here are some general best practices for delivery.   Delivery can have a lot of variables, from elements on our side, on your side, on the recipient's side, and in their email system company's side. Hello @BU_Entrepreneurship ,   Since the open tracking image is associated with that contact's email address, any forwards will also potentially affect the open rate, assuming the forwardee allows images to show.   It may be worth including a Forward to Friend share button in your email to avoid these tracking elements from being included, though it would still require the original contact to click the button in the email instead of their email program's forward button. This share button will also avoid the potential code-rewrite and formatting issues caused by email programs' forwarding functions, since it essentially just provides the email's permanent share URL. ...
