Hello @PRCStanly , It sounds like your account has recently been switched over to the Cross-Device Editor's template selection screen, which doesn't currently have that Import PDF function at the moment. While the engineers are working on adding that functionality, you can still create an email from a PDF using a blank / basic template, then uploading your PDF while working in the editor. Hello @old96 , The best way to go about distilling this info would be to add your bounces to a newly created list. Simply go to an email's bounce report, select-all the bounces by clicking the topmost checkmark box, then go to Actions > Add to list > Create new list, then add the bounces after naming the new list. If you're wanting to pull from multiple emails, you can perform the same steps except creating a new list. From there you can view the list in your Contacts tab, and view the Sources (click Sources to change the sorting order). If Sources isn't a visible column option, you can add it to your view.

Yep, you can do that in the Contacts dashboard. Either through the main Contacts subtab, or when looking at a specific list, select the contacts you want to tag, click Actions at the top of the list, then select Add tags.

Hello @DennisG015 , Opens are tracked based on an invisible 1x1 pixel image included automatically in all emails sent through us. Unless the preview is allowed to show images, the "open" won't be tracked. If the preview does allow images to show, then the open will likely be tracked. I'd recommend going through this article on how opens are tracked for more info.

Hello @NPMA_Natl_Office , The HTML of the current builder isn't available for editing or downloading. If you need to provide your email to non-contacts, you can send them the email's permanent URL (generated after sending) or a PDF / image version of the email. If you'd like access to and full control of the HTML of an email, you're welcome to build your own using the custom code editor.

Yes that page is up-to-date, your account however doesn't appear to be. It might be a relic of your partner setup, or something else. Regardless, please call our Billing team so they can get you switched to the updated My Account page setup. In the meantime, you can navigate to the My Settings option when selecting your name in the top-right corner. Then select the Verify Address subtab at the top of that page. As long as the address you're attempting to remove isn't currently being used as an account email, billing email, or the main From email, it can be deleted.

Hello @AshleyD712 , At this time such functionality isn't available in the WordPress plugin, as it's meant to function like any other standard sign up form available through us. You may be able to create your own form through coding in your WP site, and connect it to our API with assistance from our Web Services team, but beyond that there isn't anything available through us that would provide a dropdown element for a signup form.

At this time, there isn't an option for just generic text boxes in sign up forms. Sign up forms are meant to collect specific sets of info for the purposes of mailing - e.g. names, addresses, dates, single-worded responses, etc. If you're wanting more advanced sign up form options, we'd advise creating your own form on your site, and connecting that to our API. Our Web Services team is available through their site and Community Dashboard for assistance with API connections.

Hello @BOBZ372 , At this time the text box area on lead generation landing pages are meant to be single-paragraph quick blurbs of info for the sign up form and thank you pages. There isn't a way to add coding, line spacing, or white spacing between paragraphs.

Hello @BOBZ372 , In order for it to be a unique URL, capital letters are required. You'll need to speak with the devs of your DNS forwarder to see what they'd recommend for making the link work. You / they may need to use a url shortener for the LP's URL or something else if they absolutely require only lowercase letters.

This won’t retroactively apply to emails that have already been sent out, as the logo was part of the coding received in your contacts' inboxes. However, any upcoming resends of already sent emails should exclude the logo, just as new emails will.

Again, the Tier 2 team confirms that the scripting works. However, Wordpress.org can have issues with Javascript, and this is something I'll be alerting our Knowledge Base team to so they can make sure our articles are updated accordingly. Tier 2 is referencing this article on WP, regarding adding javascript to the site to (potentially) allow the archive to work. Beyond that, there's no other insight we're able to provide in regards to making the archive widget work on your client's site. If your client ends up needing a workaround for making their emails accessible on their website, they can grab emails' individual share URLs, and add those to their website (or have you do it) as desired.

Our higher level technical team is having no issues pulling up your archive, and Wordpress.org should allow for outside scripting. However, there are a number of elements in a .org site that can result in 3rd party apps and scripting to be interfered with or outright blocked. Ultimately, they're suggesting reaching out to Wordpress.org's support for further troubleshooting as there's nothing wrong with the code, nor anything occurring on our end that'd be preventing the archive from displaying or loading.

Hello @SallyS352 , You may need to check the settings of your email program or browser, to see if it's forcing links to turn blue (and purple when clicked). These kinds of settings on the receiving end will always try to override any formatting we try to send through, and isn't something we can therefore control. For more info on styling links

If the address you wish to remove isn't giving you the option to delete, please make sure your account's main and billing addresses are different from the one you're trying to remove.

Hello @PatWeberS , Any email address that is verified on the account can be used for the account's main address, the From address, etc. Generally the easiest method of verifying is to go through your My Account page, though you can submit additional emails for verification when updating your payment info or editing the header of an email campaign. Verifying emails can only be done through the regular website at this time, since the mobile app is primarily meant for quick, on-the-go campaigns such as email blasts and social posts.

Hello @HKJFF , It looks like that was posted in the Feedback boards yesterday as part of another person's feedback, not the Get Help boards. To answer your question, a survey's shareable URL is only generated after publishing, therefore it can't really be shared or sent to anyone without account owner or manager access till then. You can edit surveys after publishing, though if any of your testers submit responses, it may reduce what all can be edited. For more info on editing survey pages

Hello @TanyaC066 , Since email addresses are what denotes a unique contact for sending and Compliance, there's not really a point to having "secondary email addresses" as a contact field. If you want to send to those secondary email addresses, I'd recommend re-uploading your list and selecting the secondary addresses for the email column for this round. The main email column you uploaded last time should be set as an ignorable column on the re-upload. That way those secondary email addresses will be recognized as actual, send-able addresses, and included in your sendouts.

Hello @Balducci , To temporarily revoke a contact from receiving emails sent to a particular list, without wholly removing them from the list, you can set your contact's permissions to Temporary Hold. When a contact needs to start receiving the emails in that list again, you can re-edit their permissions to be subscribed again.

Beyond that, it may be that there's too much traffic coming into Twitter resulting in certain 3rd party API restrictions, and it'll just be a matter of trying to post at a later time.

Hello @TuckerHall , Open are tracked by the downloading/showing of a 1x1 pixel invisible image that's automatically included in the email. Some security systems may "download" this image to check it for anti-malware, and thus it will result in an open track. Previews / Test Sends do not count since they do not have this image included.
