We have recently discovered that many of our mails are landing in peoples 'Promotion' folder of those who use gmail. Is there a way (via subject line language) to avoid this from happening??
Hello @ShirShalom ,
I'd advise checking out our article regarding the Gmail Promotions folder. Ultimately, the best fix would be for your contacts to simply remove the Promotions tab (and other tabs that aren't the basic inbox) from their Gmail setup altogether. Otherwise, them moving your emails to their regular inbox should "teach" Gmail's algorithms to sort your emails into the regular inbox for future sendouts for that recipient.
