Issues with my account

I have issues with my account sending the appropriate document. Who can I speak with about my account?

Hello @TerryB1478 ,

 

Are you referring to a PDF or similar document that you're inserting into your emails? Is the email you're sending them in copied from a previous version? Have you attempted to clear your cache or check your Chrome browser's caching / safe open settings (if applicable)?
