can I view List of contacts with TAGs info displayed?

using brower chrome current version:  Maybe I'm not finding the right path but it seems I can view a List of Contacts, x per page, scroll through them on my screen - and I can MODIFY the columns on my view but when in MODIFY Columns function the fields available to add/subtract from my columns view does not include TAGs as a possible column  - I realize that a Contact can have multiple TAGS but then I thought somewhere in the CONTACTS management functions this view/report would exist? To see a list of Contacts their name etc.. and any TAGS associated to the Contact would be super helpful (without having to export to csv/excel etc..)  Hopefully there is an easy way and I just haven't been able to find it by poking around. so thought I'd ask the community!  thanks for any clues Laura
