Every email you send through us has a coded unsubscribe link per contact. If the contact isn't using that link, our system won't be able to register their unsubscription from the applicable account that sent the email.
If you have further questions, or if you believe there's some sort of error occurring, please call our Compliance / Review teams with some example contacts running into the issue.
