SMS marketing best practices

Why would you launch this in such a limited ability??? The point of marketing is to get engagement. You guys need to fix your e-mail stuff before launching something else that doesn’t fully do what it should.

Thank you for your feedback. There seems to be two parts to this: limited abilities of SMS and separate improvements to the email editor. Do you have any more information about which SMS features you'd like to see that aren't included currently?
