I have a new staff member who is being added as an account manager, so they can help with things on the back end. She successfully set up her account, but now when she goes to log in, it pops up with a prompt for her to choose a security question and insert the answer. After she chooses the questions, she is unable (for any of the questions) to add her answer -- thus she can't submit that and fully log into the CC portal. Any thoughts on remedying the issue so that she can create a security question and get onto the portal? Thanks!

I'd advise having your account manager call general support for live troubleshooting and assistance, to make sure they're securely being added to the account.
