When I use the Check for Errors tool prior to scheduling an email, I does not pick up any of the links in the email. The current email has about 20 links for webpages, emails , and google forms. This is a fairly recent development. Any ideas? All the links are live and correct.
Hello everyone,
Thank you for replying to this thread so I can continue to highlight the impact of this issue to the devs. The issue is part of an upcoming deploy they're working on, but beyond that I do not have any updates on the issue to share at this time.
If you're an affected user who has not commented on this thread yet, please do so, so I can get the issue tracked to your account accordingly. If you have already commented in the thread, then I've already tracked the issue to your account.

Hello @MeriJoP ,
It looks like this is a very recent issue our devs have seen come up regarding the Check for Errors tool. I've tracked the issue to your account, and our devs will notify you directly when they have an update regarding the issue. Due to how new this issue is, we don't have an ETA from them on an update.
For future replies:
We will update this thread accordingly if and when the issue is considered resolved by the devs.
Hello, William A,
We have the same problem-- "Check for Errors" insists there are no links in any of our emails, but they all have working links and buttons. Should I create a new post about this to be notified when a fix is available? Or is this message sufficient?
I've tracked the issue to your account, @MetalConstructionAssociation .
We have the same issue.
Hi William,
This is happening for us too. Check for Errors" insists there are no links in any of our emails, but they all have working links and buttons. Should I create a new post about this to be notified when a fix is available? Or is this message sufficient?
Thanks,
Rebecca

I'm having this issue, too. Is there an ETA of when this will be fixed?

We have the same problem. It says there are no links, even when there are.
We too have the same issue, will this effect deliverability at all or is it just a CC glitch that is on your end?
Hi @TimP09. This specifically won't impact deliverability, but there are other things to consider separate from the check for errors feature, such as optimized subject lines and sending addresses. I've noted the issue on your account.
has this issue too. Please include us in the follow up.
We have the same problem. It says there are no links...when in fact we do.
We have this problem as well.

I am in the process of creating a promo email for an event. I have the logo at the top linked to our website. In the first paragraph, there is a direct link to our website. At the bottom there is a button that says "visit our website" linked to said website. Below that, I have another link to our website and our Facebook page (we are a small company of only 2 people, so we aren't on all social media). Yet, when I go to Preview and Test and then Check for Errors, it tells me they are finding zero links. I'm trying to get as close to a perfect promo email as I ever had, but this one is making me pull my hair out. What are they looking for so I can get them to see a link???
Hello @JasonO32 ,
This is a recognized issue the devs are working to address. I've tracked the issue to your account and moved your individual thread into this one so you'll be notified when the devs have an update.
For quite a while now, when I check for errors before sending out a campaign, CC tells me that I have no links nor buttons. This is untrue. I always have links and at least once a month send an email that also has a button. What gives?
Thanks in advance for your help.
