Hello @CanalwayPartners1985 ,   While there isn't a way for contacts to edit the form(s) directly within our system, they can always download them, use their own device or another 3rd party document editing software (either a word processor or a PDF editor depending on the document type), and then reply directly to your email with that form. If you have a way to host a form on your website you could put a link to that in your email. Your could also create a survey in our system to achieve a similar effect. Generally these are only for the sake of calling, texting links would require copying and pasting in their messaging app. Our engineers are looking into it however, so I've gone ahead and gotten your case submitted to them. Hello @AndreaP5 ,   At the moment there isn't a way to fill forms through our system, as the documents are hosted in G Drive, and thus cannot be saved or downloaded in the way they were edited. Editable PDFs tend to require a specialized program either already on the device or a 3rd party site to edit and save. With that said, I can get your feature request submitted to our engineers. They will reach out if and when there's an update to this issue. In the meantime, you may wish to research 3rd party sites that provide ways for PDFs to be edited and submitted to you, or encourage your contacts to download the forms, fill them out and save them, then reply directly to your emails with the edited versions. ... Hello @A4PC ,   It was something available with the old editor that would have issues with built-up faulty coding - thus it was all the more imperative to save a "master" template. The new editor completely avoids this issue, making it so email templates can be easily re-copied without worrying about built-up faulty coding. Hello @LauraP25363 ,   We're sorry to see you've run into this issue. This is a widespread bug with Microsoft Outlook that affects all ESP emails, not just Constant Contact. There are currently no legitimate workarounds for this issue, however, it only seems to affect Outlook. Microsoft is aware of the issue and we're closely watching for fixes that are made available. If any are made available, we will take advantage of them. The primary issue is that the lines are random, the next test or live send, they could end up in different positions or disappear entirely. That said, there are a couple potential workarounds you could try: Change the color of your inner background to match the outer background This way if the lines appear they'll still be the exact same color, and won't be seen. Drag a block like a divider next to the affected block to create a column layout. Add all the affected blocks to one column. Delete the block/divider in the other column, so that the content is back to one column. We've seen this workaround have some success, but nothing is guaranteed due to the sporadic nature of the glitch. I've still gone ahead and tracked your case for our engineers, but again this is something we and other ESPs are having to rely on Microsoft to figure out, as it is only affecting Outlook 2016 and 2018. ... Hello @Bhm20-16 ,   I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing a decline in your open rates. From what I can tell your contact numbers and send-outs have remained steady, and you don't have a large number of bounces. At this point I'd recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team for further insight and guidance. One thing I know they'll mention is the continued use of the Legacy email builder. By default, the new editor has much better open rates because its emails are coded to be mobile friendly.   It is entirely possible that there are additional elements causing the sharp decline in opens, so I'd still recommend talking to Deliverability. ... Hello @MaryR328 ,   Is there any specific criteria that you're using to split up these contacts?    If you're only looking to send an invitation to a random one-third of your target contacts, then I'd recommend exporting that full list, splitting up the list in Excel into three separate files, then uploading each of those thirds as a separate list. ...
