Hi @NeilP. If this isn't happening for all contacts, it's best to work directly with that contact as they may have a security setting under their email client or security program that is preventing them from receiving the email. You can have them safelist our URLs and IP addresses in their security program and safelist your From address as well.

Along with the search bar, templates can be found by theme and layout. When viewing all templates, seasonal templates are located at the top for easy access. There are no other plans at this time for other sorting options.

Hi all. This idea was submitted when our Legacy Event tool was active. It has since been decommissioned. All events are created using the Events 2.0 tool.
At this time, this functionality is not included in Events 2.0 but we are continuing to collect feedback and measure the need to include the online event URL within the Add to Calendar link. Please engage with this post so it is properly tracked with our Product teams. We are closing this post for future comments.
The registration confirmation includes the online event URL. Registrants will need to manually add the link in their calendars.

Hi all. There have been multiple updates to the event tool since the original post came through.
The Event Calendar is live in accounts. There are no current plans to include an auto-add feature so events must be added manually. Many of our customers regularly host events that are not available to the public and are invite-only.
An Event calendar HTML widget is in the works! There isn't a date set for when it will be available in accounts but if we hear any movement, we'll share it here.
We do have any updates to share regarding the event calendar link going directly to the registration page instead of the event landing page. Once again, we'll share updates when they are available.

We have adjusted our quiet hour settings while still keeping you compliant with the TCPA. Quiet hours are between 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., depending on the time zone you selected in My Account.
Messages to SMS phone numbers outside of your time zone are prevented from receiving SMS messages during quiet hours for that time zone, based on the area code of the phone number.

Hi @AnnaL. Were you seeing this name appear when sending a test email? If so, this is because the account owner's name will show as the placeholder when sending a test email. You can update the account owner's name so it properly reflects the person who owns the account.

Hi @LukeO168. I checked with our upper level of support and confirmed these statistics cannot be reset in accounts. The only way to "reset" the numbers would be to start a new account.
