Hi @LetsGoFairhopeAL. I reviewed your account and there isn't a hold on it that would prevent a test from going out. I am able to see both the email preview and an area for me to enter test email addresses. Is this happening in multiple browsers? Does it occur in an incognito/private window?

Hi @BocaLibraryFriends. Home, work, and mobile phone numbers are standard fields. There are no plans at this time to remove standard fields. You can skip over the field as you would with others you do not need.

Hi @GaryG93. Documents cannot be uploaded through the mobile app. You can upload a PDF and select to not have it turned into an image by hovering over the image and clicking the X button in the top right corner of the image.

Hi @user764792. Our landing pages do not include dynamic content abilities if this is what you are looking for. There are dynamic content blocks within the email editor, but not in the landing page builder.

Hi @PHP2024. Can you clarify what you are looking to accomplish? Would this be an email link that when clicked on, a blank message in the email client would appear with 20 emails in the To: field?

Hi @JaredW748. We can start with some basic troubleshooting to get an initial overview of what's happening: Does this happen in multiple browsers? Does this happen in incognito/private mode? Do you use extensions or add-ons? Can you test on multiple networks?

Hi @PatrickD68. Salesforce would be best to address this inquiry if you use that program to collect email addresses and not a Constant Contact sign-up form. They will be able to see what is possible for having contacts select what lists they wish to join.

Hi @CyndyC4. I took a look at the bounces and saw two contacts had a vacation/auto-reply set which we consider a bounce/unsuccessful delivery. When I viewed their engagement, they both opened the email after the bounce was recorded so technically, they are recorded twice in the reporting, once as a bounce and once as an open.

Hi @user823698. Had you previously used our Archive tool? There was a very old version of the archive with a dedicated URL that would show saved campaigns but that tool was retired and the page is no longer supported or able to be updated. We now have an embeddable Archive widget to show saved campaigns on your website. It's not a webpage but it allows your website visitors to see your most recently archived campaigns.

Hi @KellyM00. It depends on if the page is active or not. If it hasn't been published at all, you can remove questions by clicking on the question block and clicking the trash icon in the toolbar. However, if the page was published and activated, survey questions cannot be removed at that point.

Hi @user4976410. The best way to accomplish this would be to use a poll block. Your contacts would click one button to select either Yes or No. Then you can view the poll reporting to see the results.

Hello @Annehol. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of an issue with the library upload. Although it appears to be in progress, the image has been uploaded. You can click on the cancel text or the X in the upper right of the pop-up. There will be messaging that the upload was cancelled but once you go back to the email, the image will appear in the left hand side under Images.

Hi @JeffG6737. Is this occurring on the same network as well? William mentioned multiple causes of why this can occur, like VPNs or security programs. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off or connecting to a different network. If you are still experiencing loading issues, please contact our Support team who can do live troubleshooting with you that we cannot conduct in the Community.

Hi @user47512. Constant Contact does not offer domain services. You can customize the URL to contain the domain name, but it's not connected.

Completely agree. For the nonprofit I volunteer with, most of them don't want or expect a large recognition. They're simply helping because they feel strongly about the cause. But that doesn't mean they should go unrecognized. We understood they were taking time out of their day to do physical labor or keep our events running smoothly. In our newsletter (we use Constant Contact!), I'd include a feature block with a photo of the volunteer, how long they've been with us, and any special projects they were involved with.

Although I do not own my own business, I can speak from the prospective of a customer. I expect most places to have a presence on Facebook and it will often be the first place I go to to find information about them, such as their business hours and a phone number. The business information should be up to date and I check to see if there is a recent post so I'll know the page is being monitored. If I have a question, I'll use Facebook Messenger and expect a reply within a day if it's not urgent.

Hi all. All templates include a border customization feature. Examples of changes that can be made are the color, size, and style of the border. Please see this article from our Knowledge Base that explains more about customizing the border in a campaign.
