Hello @KBCNews,   Thank you for reaching out to us in the Community regarding the issue you're experiencing.   The pop-up is designed to come up when a non-mobile template is copied. I did a few tests in your account to try and replicate and it only came up when I made a copy of a non-mobile template.    But, it sounds like you're saying it comes up every time you go to edit a template, not just when you make a copy of the template.   We might have to do some additional troubleshooting to figure out how to resolve this. If you could e-mail us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the browser you're using, an example template, and a brief reference to this post. We'll investigate further.   It is possible this is a cache/cookies related issue. When I used my go-to browser Chrome to troubleshoot I was not able to get the pop-up to come up no matter what I did. It was only when I changed to Firefox, with a clean cache/cookie slate, that I got the pop-up to show. Hello @MichelleM551 and welcome to the Community!   Great question and I'm glad the rep you spoke with was able to illuminate why the error message was occurring.   Assuming this contact was not also deleted, we do provide you with a list of unsubscribed contacts under Contact Management.   And, if you want to see any unsubscribed contacts that were also deleted from the system once you're on the Unsubscribed list you can click on "Export" at the top of the list and choose "Exported deleted unsubscribed."   The exported contacts can be downloaded on the Activity page, which can be found at the top of the page. ... Hello @RichwayP,   Great question. The check boxes are not clickable when the status is set to "Payment." When you're on "Abandoned" it defaults to "Registration" so the check boxes become clickable. This is not an issue we've seen from other customers and after looking over your account I do not see any history of a large number of contacts being removed around the time your account was migrated. Hello @MarkI08223,   It's possible you were experiencing the DNS server issue many websites, including ours, were experiencing today. It caused intermittent issues accessing and/or navigating the site. When I accessed your account I was able to download an e-mail with no problems. So while we do not have a nature template currently if you have your own inspirational or nature images and content they could be incorporated into any of our templates.    Additionally, if you know HTML you could build your own template in our Custom Code Advanced Editor.   I will make sure to let our product teams know you would like a broader selection of templates. ... Hello @NorrieW,   Thank you for reaching out to us for help with this.      If you're trying to change the logo image in your e-mail follow these steps:   1) Open the block in which you want to change the image.   2) Click on the gear wheel in the top right corner of the existing logo image to to open the Insert Image window.   3) Then either choose from your selection of images already uploaded in the account or choose "Upload File" to add new photos.   4) You will see an yellow insert button in the bottom right corner of the Insert Image window. Hello @FLETCHERH73,   I appreciate you reaching out to the Community in regards to this issue.    For most of the day, many customers have been unable to login to our site. The DNS provider Constant Contact uses has been experiencing intermittent issues which has affected us and many other websites. We've been working with our DNS provider to resolve this issue.   Check status.constantcontact.com for the most up-to-date information.   --   If this is an issue you have experienced on a regular basis it's possible there might be an issue with the browser. I would test using the site in Safe Mode/Incognito to disable any Extensions that might be interfering with the site. But just in case, here is a picture example of where you can check or uncheck making a question mandatory.   If the survey is published you will not be able to change the required status of the question. Hi @DougS841,   I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble keeping the fonts consistent. When you're talking about changing the header or body text are you referring to the button in the below picture: Or when you highlight the text and try to change it manually is it not changing to what you want? Hi @MikeS172,   I'm sorry the site timed out before you could finish inputing your contacts. I can certainly understand the frustration. The site is designed to time out after 60 minutes of idle time. If you follow this FAQ it will also link to troubleshooting steps that can be taken if the site is logging you out under 60 minutes.   I also recommend, if possible, inputing the contacts in a spreadsheet first and then choose the "Upload From a File" option. This way, if the site does time out before you have uploaded them you can just re-select the spreadsheet.  ... View more

Hello @Trincherad,   I'm sorry some of your contacts are unsubscribing by accident. Hello @lmoffat,   I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing. Unsubscribed contacts should not be showing on Email lists.   Separate from the unsubscribed contacts, was the Active Contacts and your primary list showing the discrepancy after you deleted a bunch of contacts? Based solely on what you're saying without any testing my initial impression is some of the recipients might have their screen resolution set to a higher DPI and the e-mail will display larger as a result. Hello @RandyV45,   Thank you for reaching out to us in the Community. I'm sorry the site appears to freeze up while in use. Is it when you're on a certain tab (Campaigns, Contacts, etc.) or when performing a certain function (editing the e-mail, uploading a list of contacts)?   Have you tried another browser? A lot of the time it's something about the browser that is intefering with the site. Or, you could try Safe Mode/Incognito in your regular browser and see if the site functions normally then. It's possible there is a browser extension enabled that is not compatible with our site. This FAQ will show you how to access Safe Mode/Incognito.   Also make sure to try an Internet speed test to see if you're running at least 2 mbps upload/download.   Let's see if trying another browser or using Incognito helps. If you could, would you be able to take a screenshot or send yourself a test send to your inbox before doing a live send next time?
