Did you check the links in test emails or in Preview, prior to sending, to confirm the links had been changed? When you're able, please respond to the @ mention email you receive from this response with:
- the name of the email with the bad links
- the name of the original email the new one was copied from
- examples of the bad links and what they should've been
That way we can investigate and see if we can recreate the issue on our end. If you'd prefer to work with support live 1:1, with screensharing for the CTCT screen, please call our general support and provide them with the listed troubleshooting information.
