We only send communications once quarterly to our contacts, and would like to know if we have the option to put our account "on hold" between communications to save a bit on monthly costs without losing our historical information. Thank you.

We do offer a suspension program for customers who only need our services seasonally, regularly take long breaks, or simply need a temporary break from paying for full account use.
